For example, WINDSORCARE’s staff-to-resident ratio is significantly above current safe practice guidelines. In addition to our outstanding staffing ratios, our retention rates show an average length of service of 6 years, with one in five care staff achieving 15 or more years here at Windsor House. Not only are we very proud of our stable and long serving workforce, these professionals are significantly above the national industry goal for qualification achievement. A full 82% of our care staff have achieved the highest qualification available in the industry.

Specialist Dementia Level Care for your loved family member
We have 20 spacious rooms in our dementia support care environment. We cater for residents requiring D3 level of care.
Our very spacious rooms provide for comfortable surroundings and our activities program is tailor made to provide ‘stage appropriate’ physical, cognitive and social stimulation to our residents.
Furthermore, we encourage residents to join our general activities program which spans all seven days of the week.
Our Premium fee is $25 per day (subject to change).
