For example, WINDSORCARE’s staff-to-resident ratio is significantly above current safe practice guidelines. In addition to our outstanding staffing ratios, our retention rates show an average length of service of 6 years, with one in five care staff achieving 15 or more years here at Windsor House. Not only are we very proud of our stable and long serving workforce, these professionals are significantly above the national industry goal for qualification achievement. A full 82% of our care staff have achieved the highest qualification available in the industry.
WINDSORCARE has a total of 60 rooms dedicated to Residential Care at Hospital level (40 beds) and 20 beds at Rest Home level.
We have 20 spacious rooms in our dementia support environment catering for residents requiring D3 level of care.
